Goodtime 5-String Banjo

The Pot: Standard 11" Diameter
The Neck: Rock Maple
Pot/Neck Finish: Satin
Tailpiece: Adjustable
Rim: Multi-Ply Birch/Maple
Tuners: Geared

Playability:
The Goodtime Banjo has a slender low-profile neck that is easy to finger and comfortable for large and small hands. The high quality rock maple wood contributes to the bright sparkling sound and is very strong and stable.

Adjustibility:
The single coordinator rod in the pot easily and effectively adjusts the playability so that the strings are close to the fingerboard and are easy to press down. This allows the player to adjust the action to their own particular style.

Light Weight:
The Goodtime banjo weighs about 4 pounds, so it is light enough for children to hold and play and is ideal for traveling.

Kovacik Acoustic
Guitar Kit

Luthier Steven Kovacik, a licensed Martin technician, has donated this guitar kit to make a dreadnought size 14-fret acoustic guitar in mahogany and spruce from Martin parts. This is not a Martin boxed kit, but a kit made up from parts purchased at the CF Martin factory in Nazareth, PA for use in Steve’s luthery business. All of the labor that brought the parts to their current state of completion was done at CF Martin on the production floor.

All that is necessary to complete the guitar is to finish the neck and body, join the body to the bridge and set it up to play. With a few clamps and a little work space, this guitar can be completed with just a few hours of labor. Retail value of kit is $400.
